VAT Certificates

To verify your company’s legal status and key tax details, we require an official VAT registration certificate or equivalent tax registration document issued by your country’s tax authority.

What we need

Please upload a copy of your company’s VAT certificate. This document must meet the following requirements: 

  • Issued by an official government authority or tax registry
  • Clearly shows your registered company name
  • Displays your VAT number or an equivalent tax registration number (e.g., GST, EIN, TIN) 

            For Non-European Companies

            If your company is located outside of Europe, you must upload an official document confirming your business is registered for tax purposes in your country. 

            This may be referred to as a: 

            • GST Certificate
            • TIN Certificate
            • EIN Letter
            • VAT Certificate (where applicable)
