What happens if a tax authority rejects my deregistration request?
If the Tax Authority rejects your deregistration request, they will provide us with the reason for their decision.
As soon as we receive this information, the customer care team will be in touch with you to address the issues at hand. They’ll work closely with you to understand the situation and find a resolution.
Once everything is sorted, the customer care team will liaise with the offboarding colleague handling your case, who will maintain communication with the Tax Authority to ensure the deregistration process continues smoothly.
