Will SimplyVAT's pricing or our contract change?

There aren't any plans to change our pricing or contracts at the moment. If this changes in the future, we'll let you know inline with the terms in our Terms and Conditions.

Will SimplyVAT's bank details change?

Our bank details will remain the same for now. If we do need to change them in the future, we'll advise you in a secure manner. 

Will there be a new platform or will I be given new log-in details?

We're looking into using AVASK's infrastructure in order to offer more products and services, but in the meantime, nothing's changing. We'll be in touch to let you know if there are any changes to Tribexa, SimplyShare or your accounts.

Are the contact details for my Client Manager changing?

Your Client Manager and their contact details are staying the same. If you have question you can't see on this page, get in touch with them. We're all here to help.

What's happening to the personal data you hold about me?

We want to assure you that our services and team remain the same, and we continue to operate as your data controller. However, as part of the acquisition, our parent company, AVASK, now has access to data held by us, strictly for compliance and group-level support purposes.

Your data continues to be handled securely and in line with UK GDPR. There are no changes to your rights, and we remain fully committed to protecting your privacy.

Do I need to do anything?

There's nothing you need to do right now. At the moment, the only changes taking place just affect our internal systems - like our email inboxes getting an upgrade.
