What is SimplyVAT’s offboarding process?
- Submit Your Request. Reach out to us in writing, either via email or using the chat/support function on our Tribexa portal.
- Complete the Service Termination Form to tell us whether you’d like us to rescind the Power of Attorney (POA) or deregister your VAT number.
- Our Customer Success team will contact you to outline the next steps, and any fees associated with your offboarding request.
- Confirm your decision with them and our offboarding team will reach out to let you know that your offboarding process is underway.
- We’ll keep you updated as our Offboarding team verifies that the rescission or deregistration request has been sent to the relevant tax authority.
- You’ll receive an invoice detailing the necessary fees to complete your account settlement with us.
- The Customer Care team will handle your final VAT returns, and our Offboarding team will inform you once the offboarding process is fully completed.

If you’re considering terminating our services, please take note of our three-month notice period, which goes into effect 3 months before the end of or after your initial contract period. To initiate this process, please send us a written notification via email, our chat function, or the support feature on the Tribexa portal.
