Find out if you’ve crossed an Intrastat Threshold 

Not sure if you’ve crossed an Intrastat threshold? We’ll thoroughly check all your data for the relevant period to confirm if you have. We’d need you to provide any data we don’t already have and tell us which period you would like us to check. 

We don’t offer this service for the Netherlands and France, as they no longer publish their Intrastat thresholds. Instead, the national authorities will contact you when you have crossed a threshold.  

Intrastat Reports filed for you 

Unlike VAT returns, Intrastat declarations are transactional. They’re reported by SKU and require a lot of extra data – things like weight, commodity codes, net sales value. Once you cross the filing threshold, you have to file them every month until you’ve been under the threshold for a whole calendar year. 

Filing the reports doesn’t have to be a burden – we're here to help. Give our Intrastat team your data and they’ll compile your reports for you. Plus, they’ll cross-reference them with your VAT returns and ECSLs to help prevent any audits.
