How to Reset Your Tribexa Password

Don't worry if you've forgotten your Tribexa password. Resetting it is simple.

 

On the login page, click 'Forgot Your Password?'. Enter your email address, which is also the username for your Tribexa account, then click 'Reset Password'. 

We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you haven’t received it, check that it hasn’t been delivered to your spam folder. 

Click the link in the email, and you’ll be taken back to Tribexa. Click 'Reset Password' and enter a new password. Your new password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one letter

Enter your new password again to confirm, then click 'Change Password'.
