How do I upload purchase data?
Please upload your purchase data in our predefined template.
We’ll email you at the beginning of the month when Tribexa is ready for your data. When you log in, you’ll have a task waiting for you. This task will guide you through the purchase upload process. If you haven’t made any purchases in the period, this task still needs to be completed so we can confirm it with the tax authorities.
Uploading Purchases and Imports
If you have your import or purchase documents, you’ll receive an email to remind you, and you’ll have a corresponding task on your dashboard. Please send us this data in our predefined template, with any supporting documents (customs declarations, invoices for purchases, documents from the freight forwarder). Tasks only allow one upload, so please bring all your documents together in one zipped file on your computer before uploading. Learn how to zip a file here.
If you need to add this option to your account, please email customercare@simplyvat.com, and we’ll set it up for you.
Once uploaded, we’ll review the data and prepare your return. If we have questions about the data you provided, we’ll reach out directly to you.
