How do I update my SKU costs?

To calculate your returns, we may need the cost prices of your products. If you have chosen to provide us with these proactively every month, you will receive a task every month offering you the choice to update your list of SKUs or to adjust your SKU cost prices.

If you do not wish to provide us proactively every month with the cost prices, we will issue you a task to update the missing cost prices whenever we are missing a particular set.

We cannot process your returns until we have received these.
