How do I disconnect my store from Tribexa?
If you are no longer using a shop or platform, it’s easy to disconnect it. Just click on the shop connection and select disconnect.
Once your store is disconnected, we will no longer have access to your store or be able to retrieve any future data.
If you would like your data for the current period removed, please contact your Client Manager, who will be happy to assist.
Disconnecting a Shopify App Connection
For Shopify shops, clicking "Disconnect" will redirect you to uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. To complete the disconnection process, you will need to uninstall the app. If you don't do this, your store will remain connected to Tribexa and we will still have access to your store data.
