To process your registration, we’ll need a full copy of your company’s Articles of Association, or the equivalent.
What are Articles of Association?
Articles of Association are legal documents that outlines the structure and key details of your company. Depending on your country or region, this document might also be called:
- Articles of Formation
- Articles of Incorporation

Often used for LLCs in the United States - Certificate of Incorporation

What you need to upload
Before you upload your Articles of Association, please make sure it includes:
- Company name and registered address
- Details of shareholders (or members/owners/UBO’s)
- Capital information (such as number of shares issued and their value)
We need every page of the document, not just the cover or summary. Incomplete documents cause delays, so please double-check everything before uploading.
